More details to this question:
My son has been accused of bullying a child in a YMCA aftercare program held at his school. The school has said that since it happen on school property they determine the outcome. I was informed that it has been going on for over 2 months but just made aware of it now. The boys supposedly asked the bullied child if he war diapers because his pants looked droopy. My son told the school that he did ask him that question but didn't keep asking him. Now he has received a formal letter and I have the chance to appeal it with the board and school superintendent.

Depending upon the severity of what the school is seeking, you may want to have an attorney with you who specializes in these types of cases with school boards and school districts.
